Police: Woman in Wisconsin believed to be victim of ‘targeted incident’, attacked at a hotel

MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Wisconsin are investigating after a woman was attacked at a hotel just after midnight on Tuesday.

According to the Madison Police Department, the incident occurred around 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday at a hotel on the southwest side of Madison.

During the attack, another suspect reportedly entered the woman’s room to steal money. The incident is believed to have been a targeted one.

No arrests have been made at this time, as officers continue to review digital evidence.
