(WFRV) – A man from eastern Wisconsin was sentenced to prison after he was charged with stealing funds from a 401(k) to use on personal expenses.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, 54-year-old Shone Bagley was sentenced to three years of initial confinement and five years of extended supervision. He was accused of stealing his employee’s 401(k) funds.
Bagley was reportedly ordered to pay full restitution to the victims among other conditions. A jury previously found Bagley guilty back in December of 2024.

He was accused of stealing over $54,000 from the 401(k) funds of employees at an in-home nursing care company in Monroe, Wisconsin. Officials say that Bagley spent the money on personal expenses.
