SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WFRV) – An investigation is underway after a 49-year-old man was found dead in a construction site in Sheboygan shortly after 5 p.m. on Sunday.
According to the Sheboygan Police Department, officers responded for a welfare check at the construction site at 1224 Erie Avenue regarding a report of a person down in the area.

Officers arrived and found a 49-year-old Sheboygan man dead, and an investigator responded to assist at the scene.
No evidence of foul play has been discovered; however, the investigation is continuing. An autopsy through the Sheboygan County Medical Examiner has been scheduled.
