Cooler night, lots of sunshine tomorrow

The Latest Northeast Wisconsin Forecast from Storm Team 5…

We started off the weekend with very nice weather with temperatures back above average with highs in the 80s all across the area and dew points falling into the comfy category this afternoon. A weak disturbance is dropping across Wisconsin and has sparked a few showers and thundershowers especially north this afternoon.

For the rest of today, this weak disturbance could bring a very isolated shower north this evening, but by sunset any activity should fade. Clouds will depart the area as well as the main system pulls away. Winds will shift to a north direction around 10-15mph and and that will bring in a very cool night with lows around 50, with a few 40s up north.

With a cooler start to Sunday, it will result in cooler high temperatures only in the upper 60s up north and lakeside and low 70s elsewhere. It will be a nice day all things considered, with plentiful sunshine an high pressure arrives. This will relax the winds through the afternoon. Overnight. clear skies and lows around 50s.

Monday will be another beautiful day with lots of sunshine and highs into the low to mid 70s. Clouds will return overnight ahead of our next weathermaker that will bring our next rain chance around day break Tuesday. Expect multiple rounds of rain showers Tuesday with the chance of some heavy rain. Highs again in the mid 70s and humidity will return. Rainfall totals could eclipse 1″ for Tuesday. Rain will linger into Wednesday morning before we turn sunny, warm and humid. Looks like the 4th of July starts dry, but tracking a chance of late rain.
