SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WFRV) – A two-vehicle crash in Sheboygan on Thursday evening that hospitalized multiple people with ‘significant injuries’ is under investigation.
According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to I-43 southbound near Mile Marker 127 in Sheboygan around 8:45 p.m. on September 26 for reports of a crash involving two vehicles.

Authorities say that a 60-year-old man and a 58-year-old female passenger suffered ‘significant injuries’ as a result of the crash. It was noted that the 60-year-old was driving, and both of them are Sheboygan County residents.
A 20-year-old man from Manitowoc County was reportedly driving the other vehicle. Deputies say that he suffered minor injuries during the crash.
However, another person was taken by Flight for Life with another taken to a local hospital for reported injuries.

Deputies do believe that speed and inattentive driving were contributing factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
