GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The NFL Draft is here, after two years of planning, and nearly a decade after Green Bay officials put everything into getting Titletown in the spotlight, the stage is set.
Now, with fans arriving and ready to enjoy the camaraderie of the week’s events, including concerts, food, drinks and numerous other activities, the NFL is adding to the fun.
Things to do in and around Green Bay during the 2025 NFL Draft
Following the 3rd round of the NFL Draft on Friday (estimated to wrap up around 11 p.m.), the league and the Packers are lighting up the sky with the event’s history and Packers football.
Over 1,200 drones will arrange into choreographed formations to showcase Packers history, NFL Draft history and plenty of other colorful designs.
The drone show was approved with the help of the NFL, the Packers, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and local officials. It will be visible to fans in the area, and the drones involved will be flown in a designated safe space to avoid any risks to the public.
