ARENA, Wis. (WFRV) – Three Wisconsinites were arrested on Sept. 6 after a traffic stop led to the discovery of several drugs.
According to a release, Iowa County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 14 in Arena. During the stop, the deputy located narcotics, and three individuals were arrested.

- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install/Violate Court Order
- Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture Methamphetamine – Presence of Child Less Than 14 Years Old
- Bail Jumping-Felony

32-year-old Kenneth Holden of Richland Center is charged with:
- Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine/Methamphetamine/etc.(>10-50g)
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>1-5g)
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense)
- Resisting or Obstructing an Officer
- Bail Jumping-Felony
- Bail Jumping-Felony
45-year-old Michelle Olson of Muscoda is charged with:
- Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>1-5g)
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine/Methamphetamine/etc.(>10-50g)
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Possess Drug Paraphernalia
- Possess Drug Paraphernalia
Perkins and Holden both made initial court appearances on Sept. 12, during which time Perkins was given a $500 cash bond. Holden signed a $10,000 cash bond on Sept. 6. Olson had a bail/bond hearing on Sept. 6 as well and signed a $2,500 signature bond.
Multiple Sheboygan County students injured in school bus crash
Perkins will return to court on Oct. 2 for a status conference, Holden will return on Sept. 20 for a preliminary hearing, and Olson will return to court on Oct. 8 for an initial appearance.
