UPDATE: Crash on I-43 North in Green Bay cleared, all lanes open

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials in Green Bay say the crash on I-43 North near the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge is clear and all the lanes have been reopened.

According to a release from the Green Bay Police Department, I-43 North was closed between Webster Avenue and Atkinson Drive at 9:45 a.m. following a single-vehicle crash.

Officials say a pickup truck pulling a trailer crashed around 9:00 a.m. near the Leo Frigo. No one was reported hurt.

The interstate was closed at 9:45 with the scene being cleared and all lanes of traffic opening back up at 10:16 a.m.

The Green Bay Police Department says this crash serves as a reminder to drivers to continue using caution on the roadways and especially on bridges and overpasses as some roads may still be slick following the recent snow storm.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation say all the lanes of I-43 North in Green Bay are blocked Monday morning due to a crash near the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge.

According to WisDOT, all I-43 northbound lanes are closed at Webster Avenue due to a crash that occurred at 8:54 a.m.

Officials with the Green Bay Police Department say no one is hurt after a pickup truck pulling a trailer crashed due to possibly slick road conditions.

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is reportedly on the scene looking to clear the crash. At this time, the Green Bay Police Department says the northbound lanes of I-43 are expected to remain closed until around 10:30 a.m.
