UW-Green Bay’s Kondrakiewicz scores 1,000th point in 7th straight win

(WFRV) – The Green Bay women’s basketball team dominated in a 70-47 win over the Detroit Mercy Titans at the Kress Center.

There was another historic anecdote left on Carol’s Court Thursday night, as Jasmine Kondrakiewicz became the 40th player in program history to reach 1,000 career points.

The Phoenix (14-5, 7-1 HL) had four players score double figures, paced by Kondrakiewicz’s 17 points. Cassie Schiltz added 16, while Callie Genke and Natalie McNeal had a dozen apiece. Jenna Guyer chipped in with a quick six points in 11 minutes off the bench.

Thursday’s win marked Green Bay’s 7th consecutive victory.
